The Sinhala Cultural Day of 2018 was held on the 11th of May. Graced by the presence of the professional dramatist Sanath Wimalasiri as Chief Guest and Mr. Peiris Samarawickrama as the Guest of Honour, the Sinhala Cultural Day began at 1:00 pm. After the traditional proceedings of the lighting of the oil lamp, the hymn to St. Anthony and the College Anthem, the events began. Rev. Fr. Principal Henry Bernard Wijerathne addressed the gathering, followed by a song by our young Antonians. Following that, Mr. Sanath Wimalasiri addressed the gathering and got them belly-laughing on the edge of their seats. After the prizes were distributed following shortly, the event ended with the National Anthem.
